Hello, we are nearing the end of the first month of the year, and we have some hot news for you! 🦖
What's new in the Contesaur app?
💬 Easy Feedback 💬
You’ll now find a chat bubble icon on the right side of the menu next to your profile and in the top right corner of every content card. You can easily send us feedback via this feature – what you love, what you hate, and what needs to be fixed. We’d love it if you let us know how we can continuously improve Contesaur!
📆 Date in List View 📆
When you open the List view in the calendar, you will now see the publication date on each content card, in addition to the title, channel, persona, STDC phase, and owner.
📊 Improved Statistics 📊
On the Statistics page, you’ll now see not only the number of content in each category but also the content percentage. We also added stars to the Reviews section for a nicer and more consistent overview.
👋 Improved Invitations 👋
Based on your feedback, we’ve made two changes inviting new users to the Company. First, you no longer need to type a comma or press Enter after entering an email; Contesaur automatically recognizes each email you write. Second, you can now select the role (Admin or Approver) of the invited user directly when you send the invitation.
What have we fixed?
- We’ve fixed the text on the Statistics and Company page to match the user’s chosen language.
- We’ve automatically added a space after the user marked with the @ symbol in the comments.
- When you click on a notification, you will be taken to the company environment to which the notification relates.
What's next?
📧 Email notifications 📧
We’re gradually working on email notifications, which only work in some cases. However, during February, we will prepare them so that you always get a notification both in the app and by email in the cases mentioned below.
🦖 For Admin Role
- Someone assigns/removes you as a Content Owner
- Someone assigns/removes a Task in the Checklist to/from you
- Someone tags you in a Comment
- Someone changes the Status of content you are an Owner on
- Someone adds Feedback on content where you are an Owner or have pending tasks
🦕 For Approver Role
- Someone adds feedback on any content
- Any content will change its status to In Review
🖨️ Statistics Reports to PDF/Print 🖨️
In February, we will add the ability to print or export to PDF the displayed Statistics so you can add them to other reports for the given time frame.
