We won for the Czech Republic!

We won for the Czech Republic! Contesaur dominated the national round of the prestigious V4 Startup Force accelerator. Out of hundreds of applicants, we were selected to represent Czechia among the “Big 4” of Central Europe.
After an intense bootcamp refining our business strategy with mentors from Design Terminal, we headed to Budapest for the Grand Final. We attended the closing ceremony, networked with key regional players, and proved that Contesaur is ready for the international stage.

Europe’s largest tech conference? We couldn’t miss it. Lisbon came alive with tech innovation this November, and Contesaur stood out among 70,000 attendees. This year was all about business validation and visibility.
Tuesday, Nov 11 – We kicked off Web Summit with an exclusive investor meeting, opening doors to new funding opportunities.
Wednesday, Nov 12 – Our booth was buzzing. Beyond showcasing the app, we joined Mentor Hours for an intensive deep-dive into investment strategies with top-tier experts.
Thursday, Nov 13 – The highlight of the week. We took the stage at Startup Spotlight, while our promo video played on screens across the halls, reaching thousands of visitors.

In this lecture, Vladana Bačová presented specific processes, tips, and practical examples that will help overcome barriers and effectively involve management in content creation.

The national round of the competition for 2025 was hosted by Hradec Králové. Contesaur was among the ten best creative startups selected to compete in the national round on March 19, 2025, at the Petrof Gallery in Hradec Králové.

Monday 11.11. – Beer & Pitch event by Czech embassy where we pitched Contesaur
Tuesday 12.11. – At booth A810 in Hall 5, we presented the Contesaur app to international users. Also, our video 40 Words played at the Marketing stage during breaks.
Wednesday 13.11. – We introduced the Contesaur app in two minutes at the Startup Showcase stage. Also, we had some investor meetings taking place.

We participated in a unique competition organized by CzechInvest and the AI Hub as part of the AI Days, where we showcased our Contesaur application. The events in Brno and Prague gave AI startups the chance to present in front of an expert panel and venture capital representatives. For us, it was an excellent opportunity to make new connections and gain valuable feedback from industry professionals.

As part of the Technology Incubation programme, we participate in events organised by the CzechInvest agency. At some of them we get the opportunity to present the Contesaur application to the participants, at others we have speed dating with investors and experts. But on all of them, we network diligently with other startups and the community around them.

Tuesday 14. 11. – At booth 801 in Hall 5, we presented the Contesaur app. Mentoring with Olivia Morley from Adweek.
Wednesday 15. 11. – Conference, lectures, networking.
Thursday 16. 11. – We accepted an invitation from @Women in Tech and showed up on their Lounge Stage in a Spotlight Session a little after noon. Then, in the afternoon, we introduced the Contesaur app in only two minutes at the Startup Showcase.

The CzechInvest Agency organized the AI Startup Pitch Contest under the auspices of the Technology Incubation project—the event aimed to support AI startups and innovative companies on their way to success. As participants in the AI Startup Pitch Contest, we had the opportunity to present the Contesaur app in front of an expert jury and get valuable feedback and experience. CzechInvest cooperates with Startup Kitchen and seven VC fund partners in preparing the AI Startup Pitch Contest.

You will plan some of it directly during the workshop, and you will be able to handle the rest on your own according to the established system.
